Determine email address data

If you have not set up an email address yet, first perform the step "Create email address from.

The email data (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) can be found in the edit mode of your homepage at enamel email address management.

Click on access data next to the desired email address.

All data must be entered exactly as specified in your access data. A distinction is made between upper and lower case!

Setting up Outlook

Start Outlook and click File.

 

Click Add Account.

 

Fill in the field "E-mail address" with the data from your access data 1
Click I want to set up my account manually, and then click Connect.

 

Click IMAP.

 

Confirm the SSL Inbox Mail Warning with Yes.

 

Confirm the SSL Outgoing Mail Warning with Yes.

 

Fill in the "Password" field with the data from your access data 3
Click Connect.

 

Click Action Complete.

The setup is complete!

Test the settings and send an e-mail to your own e-mail address, check the e-mail receipt.

 

 

  If problems occur, check the other settings as follows

Check root folder (Outlook does not find incoming emails)

Start Outlook and click on file. Select the appropriate email address from the selection and click on account settingsAccount name and synchronization settings.

 

Enter INBOX in the field "root folder path" (please write everything in capital letters!) and click Next.

 

Check inbox settings

Start Outlook and click on fileaccount settings account settings

 

Select the e-mail account and click Repair.

 

Click I want to repair and repair my account manually.

 

Checking Post Inbox Settings

Check the SSL/TLS is active.
Under server port the 993 stand.

 

Check outgoing mail settings

Check the SSL/TLS is active.
Under server port the 465 stand.
The option SMTP requires authentication must be active.

 

Test the settings and send an e-mail to your own e-mail address, check the e-mail receipt.
