The editor has word processing and web-specific functions. You can write, design or copy texts from other word processing programs.
Write a sample text or insert an image, as you are used to in word processing. To save the page, then click on the Save Symbol. The page is saved and can now be read by your visitors on the Internet. A detailed description of the editor functions can be found in the chapter The Homepage Editor.
Using the edit buttons you can change data records just as easily as for example in the shop system, on the news page or in the guestbook. In this example, an entry in the news page is to be changed. Navigate to the news page by clicking on news page.

The following example shows how to add another menu item to the navigation. In edit mode, as with all dynamic menus, the Edit menu button is displayed.
To open the menu editor, click on Edit menu.
In the example, a new menu option with the name Kontakt is to be created below the navigation point Newsseite. Click on the point news page and on the symbol Insert point below. Click in the new field and enter the name of the menu item, for example Kontakt. Finally, click on Speichern.
In the standard setting, the pages of new menu items are created automatically. It is not necessary to link and create the corresponding page.
Close the menu editor and click on the newly created menu item Kontakt on your homepage. For instructions on how to create and design a menu, see the chapter dynamic menus.
Depending on the web package, additional ready-made layouts are included in the software. In the main menu, click on Layout -> Design templates.
Click on the desired layout and confirm with Layout shop. Close the layout window and check the result on your homepage.
An easy way to customize the layout can be found at Layout -> Style assistant. Here you can easily change colors, images and background images of the layout.
The bluetronix software includes a comprehensive system for creating and designing the layout. Different layouts on a homepage, for example for different areas or the shop system, are possible. A full CSS Editorwith which objects can be described extensively even without CSS programming knowledge is included. For more information about creating a layout, see the Create your own layout.
At a screen resolution of 120 dpi, or if the font size settings in the browser are changed, the display may shift. To get the most out of the bluetronix software, you can select Tools -> Editor font size adjust the font size.
Set the font size so that it does not extend beyond the markings, as shown here in the image of Beispieltext.Homepage Software Chapter selection
